This notice explains, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), how we process the personal data you share with us through kybelesgarden.com. The Turkish version is the binding text.

3. Purposes
- To answer your requests for documents, prices and meetings, and to inform you about our products
- To route and answer partnership, media and investor questions
- To carry out and keep a record of the correspondence about your request
4. Legal grounds
We process your data on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f).
5. How we collect it
Electronically, when you send it to us through the contact form on our website or by email.
6. Transfers
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. It may be transferred only as far as needed to handle your request to the providers of our website hosting and email services, some of whose servers are located outside Türkiye. (The legal basis for transfers abroad is under legal review.)
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your request and for the related business relationship, then delete, destroy or anonymise it. (The maximum retention period is under legal review.)
8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may ask us whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected; ask for deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7 and for these actions to be notified to third parties; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
Send your request in writing to the address above, or by email to info@kybelesgarden.com from the email address you previously shared with us, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We answer free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
